Bennie Equipment announce that they are one of the first U.K. companies to purchase the new totally electric 6m/2.5 tonne telehandler. Within minutes after the official launch on the 18th November 2020, Bennie Equipment placed an order. The JCB 525-60E has been completely redesigned with new running gear, utilising a 96v lithium-ion battery pack, while dealing out the same performance as it’s diesel powered variant. The onboard charger can recharge the telehandler overnight from a standard 230 volt 16 amp outlet, coupled with the JCB Fast Charge remote three phase charger, which allows for an 80% charge in 60 minutes, or full recharge from empty to full in 2.5 hours.
