This move comes amid a period of stability that has seen Hoppecke’s UK subsidiary outperform the market across all areas of its business, with total revenue up by more than 36% over the past two years. BREXIT, Top Stories, UK Today
Brexit Secretary David Davis quits David Davis has resigned as Brexit Secretary, complaining that the government's agreed policy makes it look "less and less likely" that the UK will leave the customs union and the single market. Theresa May faces MPs later, as she outlines the plan discussed by the cabinet, with critics complaining that it will lead to a "soft" Brexit. Mr Davis - who was followed in his resignation by junior minister Steve Baker - said the UK could be left in "at best a weak negotiating position". But the prime minister said she didn't agree and thanked Mr Davis "warmly" for his work. BBC political editor Laura Kuenssberg says another key Leave campaigner, Environment Secretary Michael Gove, is favourite to take on the Brexit brief, which includes leading negotiati...

Linde introduces Vertilight

Industry, Latest, Manufacturer
Linde Material Handling, Europe’s leading manufacturer of forklift trucks, has launched two new lighting products after the sales success of its BlueSpot lighting system. The forklift truck provider has recently introduced Vertilight and LED Stripes, which can be retrofitted onto its trucks and are also available on new vehicles. Linde Vertilight is a new lighting feature which provides safety while storing and retrieving goods, for high-bay shelves. It consists of LED lights arranged in a semi-circle, mounted onto the truck’s mast. Unlike regular work lights, these lights do not produce a spotlight cone when working at shelves; instead they produce a wide-area, uniform and glare-free light which provides maximum illumination of the area. At 6,500 Kelvin, the colour temperature of ...
