Electric Forklifts to Highlight Clark Europe LogiMAT Stand

LogiMAT, the International Trade Fair for Intralogistics Solutions and Process Management, will open its doors for the 18th time from 10th to 12th March 2020. Once again in 2020, Clark Europe will be using the exhibition platform in Stuttgart to introduce trade visitors to the extensive Clark product portfolio of in-house logistics solutions. New products in the electrical segment will be at the heart of the Clark trade show.

Clark will have a 207 m² exhibition stand at the LogiMAT to present the company in hall 10, booth D61. One of the highlights on the exhibition stand is the EPXi series of electric four-wheel forklifts launched in 2019. The counterbalance trucks are available in capacities from 2.0 to 3.2 tonnes and they have proven themselves in applications that were once an exclusively combustion engine domain. In Stuttgart, Clark is now introducing cab variants for the EPXi series that can be retrofitted – from the weather protection roof to the full cab. This makes the EPXi series the first Clark electric forklift truck series that allows customers to choose between a one-piece and two-piece driver’s door with load capacities from 2 to 3.2 tonnes: A choice that was previously only available for Clark forklifts with combustion engines.

The launch of the EPXi series and the launch of the Go Green – Go Clark campaign are the prelude to further product innovations in the field of Clark electric forklifts.

New warehouse technology with lithium-ion technology

The WPio12 electric hand pallet truck with lithium-ion battery was not only the first Clark vehicle with lithium-ion technology, but it also sets new standards in the hand pallet truck market. At the LogiMAT, Clark will be introducing further warehouse technology vehicles with lithium-ion technology. Practical, removable batteries are also available from the factory for these vehicles, which can easily help extend the period of use. In addition, Clark will also be introducing a new picking vehicle, which will also have its première at the fair.

There will also be an SRX14/16 reach truck on display on the Clark stand, with capacities ranging from 1.4 to 1.6 tonnes and lifting heights of up to 10.5 metres. Thanks to its solid construction, the reach truck scores points in reliable operation with low service costs over its entire lifetime. The functional ergonomic concept of the vehicle, which eliminates the need for unnecessary actions, ensures that the operator can concentrate better on their work.

Forklifts for heavy duty applications with high loads

At the LogiMAT trade show, visitors can also take a look at the new C80D900 diesel forklift for the first time. The eight-tonne vehicle with a 900 mm centre of gravity complements the Clark range of counterbalance trucks with combustion engines. The vehicle, which will be on display in the outdoor area, is perfect for intensive outdoor use. The forklift has now been designed to be much more robust. The optional rear-view camera or the new, optional 360-degree Clark SafeView@360 camera system increases safety when working in confined spaces and in critical areas of the warehouse. The Clark portfolio in Stuttgart in the field of forklifts with a combustion engine is rounded off with an S-Series LPG forklift with a 3.5 tonne capacity and a Ford engine.
