Baoli, a manufacturer of fork lift trucks and warehouse equipment operating in more than 80 countries around the world, will be present at the important trade fair scheduled from 19 to 21 February in Stuttgart: for the occasion, the company will present its new range of reach trucks from the ER family.
This year Baoli is going to be once again the protagonist of one of the most interesting international events in the field of logistics, Logimat, to be held from 19 to 21 February 2019 in Stuttgart, Germany, where, in its stand (Hall 10-C51), it will present the new products launched in 2018 to the general public and industry professionals, raising the curtain on its latest range of ER reach trucks.
This is an important milestone for the company, which has been reached after planning its expansion in the EMEA market starting from 2017 within its new headquarters in Italy, from where, with the aim of reaching the ambitious goal of covering the 86 countries of the area with about 600 dealers over the next two years, last year Baoli focused its efforts on three main objectives, namely: the construction of a new network of partners, the implementation and development of a spare parts and stock warehouse and the further improvement of the after-sales service.
“A profusion of energies that have generated important results and that have allowed us to stand out even more as protagonists of the logistics market in the EMEA area, with a 20% growth compared to 2017 – Giovanni Culici, Managing Director of KION Baoli EMEA as pointed out – Suffice it to say that in 2018 the company extended its network to 40 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, consolidating no less than 70 dealers in Italy and reaching key nations such as Germany, Spain, Portugal, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Russia and Turkey, as well as many other countries in the area. The same goes for the stock and spare parts warehouse, now fully operational over an area of 14,000 m2, with an availability amount of more than 150 ready-to-leave trucks and a dedicated spare parts area of 11,000 m2. Finally, in terms of after-sales services, Baoli EMEA has further expanded its offer by ensuring an effective response to every problem and the full training of dedicated service technicians for Baoli machines in each country”.
During the next 2019 Logimat edition, however, the spotlights will be especially focused on the new family of ER reach trucks. Made using high quality components, most of which are manufactured in Germany, these trucks have a maximum lifting height of up to 11 m, with high residual capacities, also reliable for the highest warehouses. ER16, a 1.6 t forklift truck with a lifting height of up to 9.5 m, and ER 20, a 2 t truck that reaches 11 m, ensure an easy and economical after-sales and maintenance service. They are offered with electric power steering and can be equipped with height positioning system, traction speed control, wireless camera and monitor. The new ER16 and ER20 from Baoli express their full potential in medium-large warehouse applications, guaranteeing safe, reliable and efficient goods handling.
2018 was also marked by the launch on the market of a series of products able to perfectly combine the engineering and technology of a large group at global level and the pragmatism and attention to costs typical of products manufactured in the Far East. For example, the KBD 50-100 models, the perfect choice for those looking for a robust and reliable product for their construction site, and the new KBG40-50S trucks, which complete the Baoli 4-5T KB series with the LPG version powered by 4.3 l PSI engines, were particularly successful. Likewise, the requests for the new EP12WS and EP15WS electric pallet jacks have multiplied, with a capacity of 1.2 t and 1.5 t respectively, guaranteeing high efficiency, low operating costs and ease of use.
