Andover Fork Truck Services is pioneering higher standards and was given the Certificate of Compliance by the UK’s foremost authority on materials handling, the Fork Lift Truck Association (FLTA).
The award-winning dealership underwent a 100-point on-site audit, created to ensure consistently high standards and compliance across all areas of the business operations, including health, safety, environmental and risk management.
Accepting the certification at the company’s North Way site, director Lee Clapcott said: “We welcomed the FLTA audit as an opportunity to review our operations, we were really pleased to be leading the way by being among the first to complete the audit.
“It presented us with a welcome opportunity to stand back, take stock and work even more
effectively on behalf of our customers. Achieving compliance helps eliminate customers’ risk of any weak link in the supply chain of traceability and accountability.”
The audit on the Mitsubishi dealership was carried out by FLTA quality manager Lee Medway.
