Haulotte has developed its most compact telescopic handler capable of performing efficiently in the tightest of jobsites. Completing the range, the HTL 3207 is the smallest of the firm’s four compact models and the ninth in its entire telehandler range. Measuring 4.67m in length, 2.26m wide and 2.33m tall, the machine also has a turning radius (outside wheels) of 3.7m meters. With a maximum lift capacity of 3,200kg, the 7,030kg telehandler can lift a load of 2,500kg to the full height of 6.85m, while it has a maximum forward reach of 3.8m. Italian equipment maker Faresin recently presented what it claims to be the world’s first fully electric telescopic handler. Developed on the same chassis as the 6.26 telescopic handler, the electric model overcomes the problems of emissions and noise, "opening the field to a new range of uses (and) interpreting the technological change that is revolutionising mobility as we have known it until today". Hubtex has updated its modular development platform for electric multidirectional sideloaders – the largest in the industry – with its new PhoeniX range. The PhoeniX series will gradually replace all vehicles based on the ESTL platform.
